For your travelling convenience, please be advised that the following works will be happening on the Monash-CityLink-West Gate upgrade project.
Southern Link Section
Section of road: CityLink, Outbound Carriageway, Burnley Tunnel Exit Portal to Yarra Boulevard
Suburb: Burnley
Direction: Outbound
Anticipated delays: Delays are anticipated and this will be monitored by Southern Link Upgrade Alliance.
Dates and Time: Saturday 11 October, 2008
Closures:
Left Lane Closure: 7:00am to 10:00pm.
Left and Centre Lane Closure: 5:00am to 7:00am.
Left and Centre Lane Closure: 10:00pm to 11:59pm.
Reason for work: Installing permanent barriers and concrete works.
Traffic management: Speed on the outbound carriageway will be reduced to 60kph throughout the works.
Comments: The Yarra Boulevard Entry Ramp will remain open for the duration of the closure.

Section of road: CityLink, Outbound Carriageway, from Yarra Boulevard Bridge to Yarra River Crossing
Suburb: Burnley, Kooyong
Direction: Outbound
Anticipated delays: Minor delays are anticipated and this will be monitored by Southern Link Upgrade Alliance.
Dates and Time: Saturday 11 & 18, Sunday 12 & 19, Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 October, 2008
Closures:
Saturday's and Sunday's - Slow Lane Closure: 7:00am to 5:30pm.
Tuesday and Wednesday - Slow Lane Closure: 8:00pm to 5:30am.
Reason for work: Demolition and installation of noise wall.
Traffic management: Speed on the outbound carriageway will be reduced to 60kph throughout the works.
Comments: Two lanes will be available to motorists during the works.
Please note: During these works, traffic speeds along this stretch during the works times stated above will be reduced to 60km to maintain the safety of workers and motorists. Please observe the speed limit and drive safely.
